General Policy

Merchandise and memberships will be able to be purchased on our online facility. The organisation is committed to shipping and delivering such purchased items in a timely and cost-effective manner.

 

Policy Overview

After ordering on this website you will receive an email confirmation from our Administrator containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within one (1) day of the order. We will attempt to send your products via Australia Post or nominated courier within 3 working days. We make every effort to dispatch as quickly as we can, however our delivery times are estimates only and are governed by the Postal system and/or courier company, public holidays etc. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from date of dispatch. We cannot be held accountable for late deliveries, loss or damage relating to a delivery. Remote locations sometimes can take a little longer. The APMA cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses, so please ensure the correct address is entered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & COSTS

With prior approval we can attempt to deliver worldwide. Please contact the APMA's Administrative office to determine the cost of the international shipping, associated administrative fees, and your payment arrangement. The APMA offers Australia Post Air Mail or International Air Mail or Express Courier International service international shipping. Delivery costs will be calculated once we receive your delivery address you provide and then you may choose from the two different delivery methods below - this cost will be added to your order at checkout. International freight is calculated in Australian dollars per delivery. We can provide you with an estimate of the delivery cost before check out. You may view this delivery cost by selecting an item and then select the ‘View or edit cart’ option on the new page. This will take you directly to the Shopping Cart summary page and you can ask for a shipping estimate to your delivery address. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note: Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to relevant overseas customs duties and/or other taxes that you may incur and these are payable by you. When importing into the USA you may be required to supply your social security number in order for your goods to clear customs. We suggest you check with your local customs office for further information if required. The APMA is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

 

CAN YOU DELIVER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

No, we are unable to split shipments. You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to more than one address.
