| Associate |
This level is for a person associated with the Industry but have not completed the minimum assessment criteria for Level 2 Teacher membership or higher. This level is not recognised by the Health Funds for Client rebates. |
| Student |
For persons currently enrolled in Pilates Courses |
| Level 1 Associate Teacher |
This level is for teachers who have completed Pilates courses not directly recognized by the Association & have therefore not completed the minimum assessment criteria for Level 2 Teacher membership or higher. This level is not recognised by the Health Funds for Client rebates. |
| Level 2 Teacher |
This level is meets the requirements for Level 2 Certification in the Pilates Method either through completion of an APMA accredited course or the National Registration Examination Process. This level requires that the person has taught a minimum of 1,000 teaching hours. This level is recognised by the Health Funds for Client rebates. |
| Level 3 Professional practitioner |
This level is meets the requirements for Level 3 Certification in the Pilates Method either through completion of an APMA accredited course or the National Registration Examination Process. This level requires that the person has taught a minimum of 3,500 teaching hours. This level is recognised by the Health Funds for Client rebates. |
| Level 4 Professional Practitioner |
This level is meets the requirements for Level 4 Certification in the Pilates Method either through completion of an APMA accredited course or the National Registration Examination Process. This level requires that the person has taught a minimum of 7,500 teaching hours. This level is recognised by the Health Funds for Client rebates. |
